Description Schedule: Part-Time | Seasonal Reports To: Merchandising Manager / Golf Operations Team Expected Start: March 1st, 2026 Position Overview Glenmoor Country Club is seeking a friendly, organized, and service-oriented Part-Time Golf Shop Associate to support daily golf shop and front desk operations during our exciting $36 million clubhouse renovation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys member interaction, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing a high level of service. This position will play an important role not only during our temporary golf shop operations but also during the transition into our brand-new clubhouse opening in October. Key Responsibilities Member Services & Front Desk Greet members and guests in a professional, welcoming mannerMake and manage tee times using ForeTeesCheck members and guests in for playAnswer phones and assist with basic member inquiriesGolf Shop & POS OperationsRing up retail purchases accurately using ClubEssential POSAssist members with golf shop merchandisePlace special orders and communicate with management as neededTournament & Event SupportAssist with tournaments and events using Golf GeniusHelp with player check-in, scoring support, and event setupMerchandising & Inventory SupportAssist with receiving merchandise shipmentsTag inventory items accuratelyHelp with monthly inventory countsMaintain cleanliness and organization of Golf Shop, back stock, and front desk areasShop Setup & Renovation TransitionAssist with setup, organization, and merchandising of the new golf shop when the clubhouse opens in OctoberHelp move, organize, and stage inventory during the transition periodRequirements Strong customer service and communication skillsComfortable working with POS systems and technologyAttention to detail and organizationAbility to multitask and remain calm during busy periodsPrior golf shop, retail, or country club experience preferred but not requiredKnowledge of golf is a plusBenefitsFlexible part-time schedulePlaying privileges for the employee and one guest on MondaysEmployee mealsStaff uniform A collaborative and supportive work environment Opportunities for career growth and development and to be a part of a major clubhouse opening
