We are a well-established, privately owned golf club committed to providing an exceptional experience for our members and guests. We are seeking an experienced, organized, and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to oversee the club's daily accounting functions and maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities
Manage all day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance.
Process payroll and maintain payroll records.
Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting reports for ownership and management.
Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other balance sheet accounts.
Assist in preparing annual budgets and monitoring departmental expenses.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
Coordinate with the club's outside CPA for monthly and year-end financial statements.
Prepare sales tax and other required financial reports.
Monitor cash flow and assist with daily cash management.
Maintain accounting software and ensure the integrity of financial data.
Assist management with special projects and provide financial information as requested.
Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of three years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, with full-charge bookkeeping experience preferred.
Experience in private clubs, hospitality, golf, or recreational organizations is a plus but not required.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Experience with Jonas Club Management Software and QuickBooks is strongly preferred.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
