The Beverage Supervisor role at Cabot-Managed Properties is an essential position that plays a vital part in the Food and Beverage operations throughout the golf club settings. This includes service in venues such as the restaurant, snack bar, beverage carts, and during special events or tournaments. The Beverage Supervisor works closely with the Beverage Manager and the club’s General Manager to ensure seamless service delivery and uphold the high standards for which Cabot properties are known.
This role demands a hands-on leader who is adaptable, organized, and passionate about guest service. The Beverage Supervisor will assist in front-of-house operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and event support, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience. Working in a dynamic and sometimes fast-paced environment, the successful candidate will contribute to maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere, fostering excellent guest relationships, and supporting the operational goals of the club.
This is a full-time, in-person position offering a competitive salary starting from $55,000 per year. The role requires flexibility, including availability on weekends and for special events, highlighting the importance of teamwork and effective communication in a hospitality setting.
