About the Role
At Exmoor Country Club, all of our Cooks are vital to delivering a high-quality dining experience by preparing and plating dishes to established recipes and standards. Working closely with the Executive Chef and team, they maintain clean, efficient workstations, follow strict food safety practices, and ensure consistency and excellence across all meals, whether for casual dining, private events, or large functions.
The Position All Cooks season, prepare, and assist with food production while adhering to all sanitation and hygiene protocols. They organize and properly store unused products, maintain cleanliness across all prep and storage areas, and report maintenance needs. Daily responsibilities include prepping workstations, mastering menu items and dietary accommodations, communicating stock needs, and assisting across different kitchen areas as needed.
The Potential Candidate The ideal candidate is a motivated, detail-oriented culinary professional with strong cooking skills, food safety knowledge, and a passion for excellence. Previous experience in private clubs, hotels, or upscale kitchens is preferred, though a strong work ethic and commitment to quality are essential.
