We are now seeking a professional and enthusiastic Bar Person to join the F&B team working within the Shelburne Restaurant and bars.About The Role Working under the direction of the Restaurant & Bars Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the presentation and service of all beverages meet our high standards of quality, cost control, and guest satisfaction. You will support operations across the Shelburne Bar, as well as assist with other bars and the wider Food & Beverage team as required. This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 on a shift rota basis. Applicants must be flexible to cover shifts between 15:00–23:30 or 17:00–01:00.
