Fox Den Country Club in Knoxville, TN is looking for one Golf Shop Merchandiser to join our 100 person strong team. We are located on 12284 N Fox Den Drive. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and engaged.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to members, fostering a personalized and welcoming shopping experience.
Maintain product displays and available inventory
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
Utilize inventory management software and tools effectively.
Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote the pro shop and its merchandise (e.g., email marketing, social media, in-house promotions).
Collaborate with other club departments to promote the pro shop.
Prioritize product displays based on sales performance
Enforce company standards and image
Manage inventory levels and place orders as needed
Qualifications
Experience working as a merchandiser or similar position
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to delegate effectively
Great written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail
