PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking a Golf Services Field Manager to elevate Associate capability across Club Fitting, STUDIO, Club Repair, and Instruction. You will champion our Customer First philosophy, delivering consistent, high-quality training and overseeing onboarding, certification, and ongoing skill reinforcement.

You will collaborate with Field Leaders to manage performance, schedules, and training outcomes while ensuring standards and customer experience remain top priorities.
