Golf Teaching Professional (Delray Beach, FL) Position Overview Addison Reserve Country Club is seeking a passionate and engaging Teaching Professional to join our golf professional team. This position is ideal for a dedicated golf instructor who enjoys working with members of all skill levels and is committed to player development, exceptional service, and growing participation in the game of golf. The Teaching Professional will provide high-quality private and group instruction, develop engaging instructional programs, support junior and beginner golf initiatives, and build strong relationships with members and guests. The successful candidate will bring a professional presence, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping golfers improve and enjoy the game. Essential Responsibilities Instruction & Player Development Provide private and group golf instruction to members and guests. Develop and lead golf clinics, golf schools, and beginner programs. Assist with junior golf clinics and player development initiatives. Conduct player evaluations and create individualized improvement plans. Utilize modern teaching technology, launch monitors, video analysis, and training aids to enhance instruction. Adapt instruction to accommodate golfers of varying ages, skill levels, and learning styles. Encourage continued player development and increased participation in instructional programs. Member Engagement Foster strong, professional relationships with members and guests. Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for new golfers and players looking to improve. Participate in member events, golf activities, and instructional demonstrations. Promote golf participation and help expand instructional programming throughout the season. Deliver an exceptional member experience consistent with the standards of Addison Reserve Country Club. Golf Operations Support Attend golf events and tournaments as needed.
