About Swing Chic Foundation
The Swing Chic Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to making golf accessible and inclusive for youth, women, and individuals with special needs. Through our programs, we introduce young players to the game of golf while teaching confidence, leadership, and life skills that extend far beyond the course.
Our LPGA Girls Golf Coweta program provides a supportive and empowering environment where girls can learn the fundamentals of golf while building friendships and self-confidence.
Position Overview
Swing Chic Foundation is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Golf Instructor to support our LPGA Girls Golf Coweta youth program. The instructor will work with girls of varying skill levels, helping introduce the fundamentals of golf while creating a fun and encouraging learning environment.
This role is ideal for a PGA/LPGA professional, assistant professional, or experienced golf instructor who enjoys teaching youth and supporting the growth of the game.
Program Dates & Schedule
The instructor will be needed for the following program sessions:
• May 2
• May 9
• May 16
Session Time: 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM; Each session is approximately 3 hours.
Compensation
$250 per session; Total potential compensation: $750 for all three sessions
Responsibilities
• Provide golf instruction for youth participants in the LPGA Girls Golf Coweta program
• Teach golf fundamentals including grip, stance, swing basics, chipping, and putting
• Help create a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment for girls ages approximately 6–16
• Support the program’s emphasis on confidence building, teamwork, and sportsmanship
• Assist with basic clinic setup and equipment organization
• Work collaboratively with Swing Chic Foundation staff and volunteers
Preferred Qualifications
• PGA or LPGA certification (preferred but not required)
• Previous experience teaching golf to youth
• Strong communication and mentoring skills
• Passion for growing the game of golf among young players
• Ability to create a fun and inclusive learning environment
