Food and Beverage Lead

About the Position X-Golf Springfield is looking for an experienced food and beverage professional to help oversee the bar and kitchen side of our business. This position will take the lead on inventory tracking, ordering and keeping our Square system accurate and organized. We’re looking for someone dependable, organized and comfortable taking ownership of the food and beverage inventory process.

Responsibilities

Track all food and beverage inventory Complete regular inventory counts Place orders and maintain proper stock levels Monitor product usage, waste and food costs Maintain accurate items, recipes, modifiers and inventory within Square Help train staff on Square and proper inventory procedures Train staff on proper food/beverage preparation and cooking Assist staff in providing quality overall customer service Assist management with day-to-day food and beverage operations Will be required to learn the simulators Assist customers with the simulators and troubleshoot basic issues when needed

Qualifications

Previous food and beverage inventory experience is required Strong knowledge of Square is strongly preferred Experience with ordering, inventory counts and cost control Organized, dependable and comfortable taking the lead Willing to learn our golf simulator system Friendly and comfortable assisting customers Golf knowledge is helpful but not required
