Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Lifeguard to ensure the safety of our guests at our aquatic facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong swimming skills, a commitment to guest services, and the ability to respond effectively in emergency situations. As a Lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons.
Responsibilities
Monitor pool activities to ensure the safety of all swimmers and guests.
Enforce pool rules and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
Respond promptly to emergencies, providing first aid and CPR as necessary.
Conduct regular inspections of the pool area, ensuring cleanliness and proper maintenance.
Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance tasks to uphold hygiene standards.
Assist guests with inquiries and provide excellent customer service at all times.
Participate in training sessions and drills to stay current on lifesaving techniques and procedures.
Qualifications
Current Lifeguard certification is required; CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred.
Strong swimming skills with the ability to perform rescues when necessary.
Excellent guest service skills with a friendly demeanor.
Ability to lift heavy equipment as needed for pool maintenance tasks.
Knowledge of pool cleaning procedures and maintenance practices is a plus.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
