Part-Time Resort Club Host: Membership & Events

Riverside Casino & Golf Resort is seeking a part-time Resort Club Host in Iowa to greet guests, enroll members in the Resort Club, and manage accounts in KCMS. You will promote events, explain promotions, and maintain data integrity with a focus on guest satisfaction.

The role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, basic computer skills, and at least one year of customer service experience. IRGC Class C license is required upon hire.
