Responsibilities Assist with the repair and maintenance of golf clubs, including cleaning, re-gripping, shaft replacement, and club adjustmentsSupport senior technicians in diagnosing issues with golf club components using electrical diagnostics and mechanical knowledgeInterpret technical drawings and schematics to ensure accurate repairsUse tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot electrical problems in golf club machineryMaintain a clean and organized repair workspace, adhering to safety standards for heavy equipment mechanicsFollow detailed repair procedures and quality standards to ensure customer satisfactionCollaborate with team members to improve repair processes and learn new techniquesExperience Prior experience with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) in a mechanical or electrical setting is preferredKnowledge of electrical diagnostics, schematics, and interpreting technical drawings is highly desirableFamiliarity with heavy equipment mechanics or related technical fields will be advantageousTechnical proficiency with tools such as ohmmeters and experience troubleshooting electrical systems in machinery or sporting equipmentStrong mechanical knowledge combined with the ability to read schematics and technical instructionsExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills to accurately diagnose issues and perform repairs effectivelyJoin us at Golfio where your passion for golf meets a vibrant career opportunity!
