About the Role
Pine Hollow Club is seeking a dynamic and hospitality-driven **Food & Beverage Manager** to help lead dining operations at our private club.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on hospitality leader who enjoys developing teams, being on the floor during service, and creating memorable dining experiences for members and guests.
The Food & Beverage Manager oversees front-of-house operations across the club’s dining outlets, bar areas, banquet events, and seasonal pool service.
This role works closely with the Executive Chef, Food & Beverage Leaders, catering team, and club leadership to deliver exceptional hospitality while maintaining strong operational standards.
• **What You'll Do***
• Lead Service Operations
• Oversee daily food and beverage service across dining rooms, bars, banquet events, and seasonal pool operations
• Maintain a visible leadership presence during service to support staff and ensure excellent member experiences
• Monitor dining room operations and assist the team during busy periods
• Ensure service standards reflect the expectations of a premier private club
• **Lead & Develop the Team***
• Recruit, hire, train, and mentor front-of-house team members
• Provide leadership to supervisors, captains, servers, bartenders, and support staff
• Conduct daily pre-service meetings and ongoing service training
• Foster a collaborative and positive team culture
• **Support Events & Club Programming***
• Coordinate with the Executive Chef and catering team to support club events and banquets
• Ensure smooth service execution for member events and club activities
• **Manage Operations***
• Oversee POS systems including menus, pricing, and service configurations
• Monitor labor schedules and staffing levels
• Review and approve employee timecards
• Ensure compliance with club policies and hospitality best practices
• **Deliver an Exceptional Member Experience***
• Ensure members receive warm, attentive, and professional service
• Address member feedback and service concerns promptly
• Continuously look for opportunities to improve the dining experience
• **What We’re Looking For***
• 3–5+ years of food & beverage leadership experience
• Background in restaurants, hotels, hospitality groups, or private clubs
• Private club experience is a plus but not required

• Passion for hospitality and service excellence
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced service environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
