Blank Family of Businesses, we're committed to creating a family culture for our Associates, driven by our vision to inspire people through golf and tennis. ## The Role Reporting to the Sales and Service Manager, you'll work as a Hard Goods Associate responsible for engaging customers in our Hard Goods areas—including Simulators, Putting Green, Club Repair, and Accessories—to drive sales and enhance the overall customer experience. Your day-to-day will involve assisting with front-end operations like returns, exchanges, and promotions while ensuring our merchandise is presented at a premiere level. You'll demonstrate product knowledge, assist with club fitting using PGA TOUR Superstore trained fitting techniques, and maintain a clean, professional environment. ## What You'll Do You'll engage with every customer you encounter, offering world-class service by leveraging our PGATSS Service behaviors and focusing on building lasting relationships that keep customers coming back. This means actively seeking out and engaging customers throughout our Hard Goods areas, maintaining working knowledge of all front-end operations such as returns, exchanges, gift cards, lesson redemptions, loyalty program awards, discounts, promotions, and coupons. Keeping our Hard Goods areas at a premiere stock and visual level is critical to driving both sales and customer experience. You'll ensure all Hard Goods equipment and supplies are always maintained and operational, and that these areas maintain a clean, professional presentation at all times. Demonstrating in-depth product knowledge is essential. You'll explain the features, benefits, and differences of various golf clubs to customers and execute proper customer fittings in accordance with our trained fitting techniques. This includes assisting customers with selecting the right shaft, grip, and specifications for optimal performance. Staying up to date on upcoming merchandising promotions and marketing events will help you maintain a strong merchandising presence throughout promotion life cycles. You'll be a champion of our products and services offerings—informing, educating, and promoting them to customers. We also value your feedback to the Sales and Service Manager on operational and merchandising opportunities that maintain our best-in-class customer experience. ## What We're Looking For You'll need strong listening and interpersonal skills, with good verbal and written communication abilities and the capacity to work cross-functionally with your team. Basic computer skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite are required. Your ability to organize multiple priorities and meet deadlines will be important to your success in this role. Education-wise, a high school diploma or equivalent is required. Retail sales, customer service, or similar experience is preferred, though we're open to entry-level candidates with the right attitude and drive. ## Physical Demands and Schedule This role requires you to stand for extended periods of time, climb up and down a ladder, move throughout the store, and lift a 30 lb. box overhead. You must be able to maintain flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. We're looking for someone with strong self-accountability and a proactive drive for results, who can quickly learn business acumen with appropriate training and demonstrates a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance. ## Why Join Us?
