<h2><strong>Position Overview</strong></h2>
<p>El Pulté Golf is seeking a dynamic and experienced <strong>Teaching Professional</strong> to lead and elevate the Club’s instructional programming. This individual will play a central role in shaping the golf experience by developing a <strong>structured, family-oriented teaching culture</strong> that supports juniors, adults, and high-performance players.</p>
<p>This is a <strong>full-time, on-site role</strong> reporting directly to the Head Golf Professional, with responsibility for both <strong>program leadership and direct instruction</strong>.</p>
<p>The position is structured as an approximate <strong>50/50 split between private instruction and group programming</strong>, with a strong emphasis on <strong>junior development, women’s programming, and academy growth</strong>.</p>
