Arroyo Trabuco Golf Club is seeking an experienced Lead Equipment Technician to oversee maintenance, repair, and preventive care of the golf course fleet. You will work closely with the Superintendent to ensure safe, efficient operation and high-quality playing conditions.
The role focuses on a John Deere–driven fleet, equipment reliability, and driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within a 20–22 person maintenance team located in Southern California.
