Lifeguard – Forest Lake Country Club Location: Forest Lake Country Club Position: Lifeguard (Seasonal) Job Type: Part-Time/Full-Time Forest Lake Country Club is seeking responsible and motivated Lifeguards to join our team for the upcoming summer season. Our Lifeguards play a vital role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our members and guests at the club’s pool facilities. Responsibilities: Monitor pool activities to ensure the safety of all swimmers Enforce pool rules and regulations Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies Administer first aid and CPR when needed Maintain a clean and organized pool deck and lifeguard station Conduct routine safety inspections of pool equipment Provide excellent customer service to members and guests Qualifications: Current Lifeguard Certification (Red Cross, YMCA, or equivalent) CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain before the season starts) Strong swimming abilities and knowledge of water safety practices Ability to remain alert and attentive for extended periods Excellent communication and teamwork skills Previous lifeguarding experience preferred but not required Benefits: Competitive hourly pay Flexible scheduling Fun and positive work environment Opportunity to work outdoors during the summer season If you are a dependable and safety-conscious individual looking for a rewarding summer job, we encourage you to apply!
