Beverage Cart Attendant

In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for delivering refreshing beverages and snacks directly to players on the course, ensuring quick service, friendly interactions, and maintaining a clean, organized cart. Duties Provide prompt and friendly beverage and snack service directly to golfers on the course using the beverage cart. Operate POS systems to process sales accurately, including cash handling and processing retail transactions. Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and light food items, ensuring all food safety and sanitation standards are maintained. Manage food preparation tasks efficiently, including stocking supplies, maintaining a clean workspace, and operating kitchen equipment when necessary. Upsell additional items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales through effective sales techniques. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the beverage cart, including sanitation of surfaces, proper food handling procedures, and restocking supplies regularly. Manage time effectively to serve multiple groups throughout the day while adhering to safety protocols and operational procedures. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail sales transactions is preferred. Food Handler Card ,Alcohol Server Training(Title 4 Basic), and valid driver's license. Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and excellent communication abilities. Ability to handle cash register operations accurately and process cash transactions efficiently. Ability to communicate with kitchen staff, pro shop staff and supervisor about daily events, leagues and tournaments. Communicates guest concerns to supervisor. Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting. Basic math skills for processing payments and managing inventory effectively.
