Role Description Independent Golf Instructors at INNOXONE provide on-site golf instruction to individuals and groups, focusing on technique, strategy, and overall player development. This part-time role is based in San Juan Capistrano, CA, and involves planning and delivering lessons tailored to different skill levels, including junior golfers and adult players. Instructors are expected to assess student abilities, design training sessions, demonstrate proper use of golf equipment, and offer constructive feedback to improve performance. Day-to-day activities include coordinating lesson schedules, maintaining a professional teaching environment on the course or practice range, and promoting safe play and sportsmanship. Instructors work independently while aligning with INNOXONE’s standards for quality instruction and customer experience. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Golf Instruction and Training, with the ability to design and deliver effective lesson plans.Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Golf fundamentals, including swing mechanics, course management, and rules of the game.Candidates should possess experience working with Junior Golf participants and adapting instruction to different ages and skill levels.Candidates should possess practical knowledge of Golf Equipment, including proper selection, fitting, and safe use.Relevant experience as a golf coach, instructor, or teaching professional, preferably in a club, academy, or school setting.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage learners in a supportive manner.Ability to work on-site in San Juan Capistrano, CA, with flexible part-time availability, including weekends or evenings as needed.Certifications from recognized golf organizations (e.g., PGA, LPGA, or equivalent) are beneficial but not required.
