Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, experienced Lifeguard Supervisor to oversee our aquatic facility operations and lead our lifeguarding team. The ideal candidate will ensure maximum safety for all swimmers, maintain strict adherence to pool protocols, and mentor staff. This role requires excellent leadership skills, quick decision-making abilities, and a deep commitment to safety excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations of the aquatic facility.Manage rotations for lifeguards.Enforce all pool rules, safety policies, and uniform mandates strictly.Participate in all in-service training sessions and safety drills.Respond immediately to emergencies and execute the Emergency Action Plan.Inspect safety equipment, first aid supplies, and pool chemical levels daily.Address patron inquiries and resolve facility issues professionally.Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of active lifeguarding experience required.Leadership: Previous supervisory or head lifeguard experience is strongly preferred.Certifications: Current Lifeguard, First Aid, and CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers certifications.Communication: Strong verbal communication and team management skills.Fitness: Ability to pass all standard physical and water competency rescue tests.Benefits and Compensation:
