Golf Course Maintenance Team Member

**Overview:** Waynesborough Country Club is seeking a part-time Golf Course Maintenance Team Member to join our team. As a team member, you will be responsible for the daily preparation of the golf course, working alongside a team that prioritizes efficiency, quality, and a fun work environment. **Responsibilities:** * Daily preparation of bunkers, walk mowing greens, walk mowing approaches, filling divots, course cleanup, and other miscellaneous jobs * Commit to every other weekend morning shifts on Saturday and Sunday * Start time on most weekdays is approximately 5:30am and weekends 5:00am, with flexible end times dependent on availability * Average shift lasting until 11:00am on weekdays and 9:00 am on weekends * Additional hours offered as available, depending on weather and workload **Qualifications:** * Great attitude and willingness to learn and take pride in work * Ability to commit to every other weekend morning shifts on Saturday and Sunday * Availability to work early morning shifts (5:30am on weekdays, 5:00am on weekends) **Benefits:** * Competitive hourly rate: $16.00-$18.00 per hour * Staff hat and shirts provided * Opportunity to walk and play golf for free on Mondays after 2 successful weeks of employment * Fun and employee-friendly work environment with a high employee return rate on a seasonal basis
