Line Cooks

Line Cook Positions available.

Participate in the production, preparation and presentation of lunch and dinner entrees, appetizers, salads and other menu items. The Grill Room at the Club is open Tuesday-Sunday, 10am - 9pm. Mondays occasionally in-season.

Provide a safe, sanitary work environment, which conforms to all standards and regulations and achieves profitable, competitive quality products. Participate in the production, preparation, and presentation of all foods to ensure that a consistent quality product is produced which conforms to all established standards. Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned. Available to work evenings, weekends and some holidays. ServSafe certification preferred, but not required.
