Beechmont Country Club is seeking a dependable and motivated Seasonal Equipment\nOperator & Grounds Technician to join our golf course maintenance team for the\n2026 season. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors,\noperating equipment, and contributing to the daily preparation of a premier\nprivate golf course.\n\nPosition Overview\nThis role combines equipment operation with a variety of light-duty grounds\ntasks to help maintain exceptional playing conditions. You will be an essential\npart of the team responsible for delivering a high-quality golf experience for\nour membership.
Responsibilities
Operate equipment such as mowers, utility vehicles, and small machinery\n safely and efficientlyPerform routine mowing of fairways, rough, and other turf areasComplete light-duty tasks such as blowing, debris cleanup, and divot repair,\n tee marker placementSupport daily course preparation and general grounds maintenanceFollow all safety procedures and equipment care standardsRequirements
