Job Title: Camp Counselor
Reports To: Camp Director
Position Description: Responsible for ensuring safety, well-being, and enjoyment of campers by supervising activities, implementing programs while maintaining a clean and organized environment. The position is seasonal, with an hourly range between $18.00 - $20.00 depending on experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Counselors play a vital role in developing a positive, safe, and enriching camp experience for every camper
Counselors lead the campers to activities throughout the day and participate with them in camp activities as required
Address incidents including sick, injured or belligerent campers
Counselors will occasionally talk with camper parents
Counselors must be on the lookout for potentially harmful behaviors and situations and provide clear and concise information regarding camp safety
Look for support and guidance for their responsibilities by sharing thoughts, ideas and challenges with each other and the Camp Director
Performs any and all other duties assigned by supervisor
