Private Country Club is seeking an Assistant Director to play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for members and guests. Working closely with the Food & Beverage Director & Manager's, this position assists with the daily operations of all dining outlets, events, and banquet services while ensuring high standards of service, staff development, and member satisfaction.
Responsibilities include staff training and development, hands-on service support and coaching, coordinating with culinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery, scheduling and supervising front-of-house staff, handling member requests, monitoring inventory and ordering supplies as needed, and assisting with the planning and execution of club and private events.
