Role Description The Golf Outside Operations role is a part-time, on-site position based in Hull, GA. This role supports daily golf operations, including but not limited too maintaining the appearance and upkeep of the practice tee, picking up and washing all range balls, setting up and breaking down on a daily basis, insuring golf carts meet our appearance standards, transportation of bags to and from designated areas, greeting members and guests when they arrive and valeting cars when needed.
Responsibilities include Preparing carts, cleaning and organizing equipment, and providing clear, courteous communication to ensure a seamless golf experience. The role may also involve basic course support such as restocking supplies and coordinating with the golf shop staff. The position requires a consistent presence on the course and at the club, a strong customer service mindset, and a focus on safety and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact professionally with members, guests, and colleagues.Knowledge of golf fundamentals and etiquette, with experience handling golf equipment and supporting play on the course.Ability to work with golf carts and related equipment, including basic care, cleaning, and safe operation.Customer service skills with a focus on hospitality, problem-solving, and providing a welcoming experience.Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions and performing light physical tasks such as lifting and walking.Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions and club proceduresValid drivers licenseAbility to lift 50 pounds
