Location: Mohnton, Pennsylvania Salary: $90,000–$95,000 annually Position: Full-Time Reports To: Clubhouse Manager

LedgeRock Golf Club is seeking an experienced and motivated Head Chef to lead our culinary operation and help elevate the dining experience for our members and guests.

We are looking for a hands-on culinary leader who brings creativity, consistency, organization, and strong leadership to the kitchen. The Head Chef will lead and develop the culinary team while working closely with the Clubhouse Manager, Dining & Beverage Manager, and Events Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, mentor, and develop the culinary team Maintain high standards for food quality, consistency, presentation, and execution Develop seasonal menus and creative dining experiences Oversee member dining, golf events, private functions, and special events Manage food cost, inventory, purchasing, waste, and kitchen labor Establish standardized recipes and kitchen procedures Maintain excellent sanitation and food-safety standards Collaborate closely with the FOH and Events teams Build a positive kitchen culture based on teamwork, accountability, and professional development

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is more than a talented chef. We are looking for a leader and teacher who takes ownership of the operation, develops people, builds strong systems, and understands the importance of consistency and hospitality in a private club environment.

Previous experience in a private club, country club is preferred.
