Perry Park Country Club is seeking energetic, service-oriented individuals to join our Outside Service team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and values creating exceptional experiences for members and guests.
Our Outside Service team plays a key role in the day-to-day operation of the golf facility and is often the first and last interaction our members have each day. We are looking for team members who anticipate needs, take initiative, and deliver friendly, professional service at all times.
Responsibilities
Greet members and guests and provide attentive, proactive service
Assist with bag handling, and cart staging
Maintain and clean the golf cart fleet daily
Stock and maintain the driving range, including picking and setting practice areas
Ensure practice facilities, staging areas, and clubhouse surroundings are clean, organized, and fully stocked
Support daily golf operations and special events/tournaments
Monitor facility appearance and address issues before members notice them
Qualifications
Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset
Ability to anticipate needs and work independently
Comfortable working outdoors in both hot and cold weather conditions
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Prior customer service experience preferred
Basic knowledge of golf or interest in the game is a plus
