Job Summary
The Tuxedo Club is searching for a customer service driven Golf Course Half Way House Cafe Attendant to join our team!
Duties and Responsibilities
Take food and beverage orders from members and deliver in a timely manner
Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Greet membersguests and respond to requests in a friendly and courteous manner, bringing hospitality to every interaction
Prepare sandwiches, hot dogs, and snacks for members
Complete restocking of beverage fridges, food items and paper goods at end of shift to ensure next shift is set up for success
Communicate with the clubhouse when items are running low, giving adequate time for refills to be retrieved or made
Cleanmaintain inside and outside of cafe ensuring all food safety protocols are met
Accurately charge members for foodbeverage through JONAS point of sale system
Adhere to company uniform and grooming standards at all times
Comply with all NYS Health and Safety codes with regards to food and beverage
Perform any related duties as requested by the supervisor/manager

Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age in order to serve alcohol
Weekend and holiday availability is a must
Basic knowledge of DOH regulation
Basic bartending knowledge preferred but not required
Team player with positive attitude and excellent communication skills with attention to detail
Must be able to stand for up to 6 hours at a time and lift upwards of 50 pounds
Qualified applicant is a "people person" who enjoys assisting others, is able to multi-task and is flexible with their schedule

Working Conditions
As the Half Way House Attendant you may be in a full time or part time hourly position. It is expected that, at times, you may have to work on evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. May need to work in wet or humid conditions, near moving parts, near fumes or airborne particles, in extreme non-weather heat, and in extreme non-weather cold
Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, bend, lift, use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms, talk and/or hear
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, and depth perception
Employees must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs multiple times per day, and push a cart weighing up to 100lbs
Expect to be on their feet for up to 6 hours at at time
Must practice proper body mechanics and use appropriate personal protective equipment to avoid injury
