Blue Hill Country Club is seeking a qualified Director of Catering Sales to lead the catering department, drive revenue, and manage planning, budgeting, forecasting, and client relations for a wide range of events. The role emphasizes maximizing revenue and controlling costs through effective negotiation and accurate forecasting. You will build relationships with corporate and social clients, promote events locally, and collaborate with the Executive Chef on custom menus, working closely with
