Growth/Marketing Partner (Equity), AI Golf Coaching App

Caddie AI is an AI powered golf coach and caddie. It learns your game over time, your tendencies, misses, patterns, and turns that into personalized coaching and on course insight most golfers never get without a real caddie or expensive lessons.

We're live on the App Store, growing, and have real traction, but I'm a solo technical/product founder and I need a true growth partner who can own marketing end to end: content strategy, paid acquisition, positioning, community, the whole engine. Someone who gets both marketing and golf, not just one or the other.

What I'm looking for:

Real marketing/growth experience, ideally consumer app, subscription, or D2C, not just agency/brand work

Genuinely understands or plays golf, and gets why an "AI caddie" is a compelling idea to this audience

Comfortable operating lean and hands on, this isn't a "manage an agency" role, it's a "be in the trenches" role

Someone who wants ownership in something early, not a job

Compensation:

Equity only at this stage, no salary right now. Once the business is profitable, we move to a profit share structure on top of equity. This is a real partnership, not a favor. Meaningful equity for meaningful, ongoing commitment, vesting over time.
