Assistant Golf Professional

The Assistant Golf Professional supports the daily operation of the golf shop and delivers a high-quality experience for members and guests. Responsibilities include managing tee times, assisting with tournaments and events, merchandising, customer service, golf instruction, and maintaining pace of play. This position works closely with the golf operations team to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional hospitality on and off the golf course. Responsibilities Provide outstanding service to members and guests Assist with daily golf shop operations and tee sheet management Help organize and execute tournaments, leagues, and events Support merchandising and inventory control Assist with junior golf programs, clinics, and instruction Enforce club policies and maintain pace of play Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Knowledge of golf operations and the game of golf Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours Previous golf industry experience preferred PGA Associate or interest in pursuing PGA membership is a plus
