Golf Course Maintenance Worker

Spring Brook Country Club is looking for individuals for its Grounds Maintenance staff for the summer of 2026. Candidates that play golf or have knowledge of the game are preferred but not required. Spring Brook will gladly train the right candidate; we require a positive attitude and punctuality. Hours are Monday- Friday 6am - 11am and Sat/Sun 5:30-10am. Responsibilities: · Mowing of greens, tees, fairways, and rough · Raking of bunkers · Tee box maintenance & trash removal · Divot filling · Assist in watering of playing surfaces and landscape plants · Landscape plantings and weed control Hired candidates who show initiative throughout the season will be given the opportunity to take on more responsibilities. Requirements: · 1 workday per weekend (minimum) · Understand and follow oral and written instructions · Must be able to work in all environments (hot, cold, rain, etc) · Positive attitude and punctuality · Reliable mode of transportation · Work in the early hours of the morning · Walk long distances and lift loads of at least 50 lbs Benefits: · Golf privileges · Uniforms · Personal protection equipment Candidates are encouraged to apply with a resume or email kmorris@springbrookcc.net.
