Job Summary
Experienced cooks needed. Elmridge Golf Course is seeking reliable individuals with solid kitchen skills to join our team. This seasonal job runs from May to October, with part time scheduling available.
We offer a basic pub menu with daily specials. We also host occasional banquets for golf tournaments and outside events featuring traditional menu options. Hours are flexible, but must be available on weekends. Competitive hourly wage depending on experience.
The golf course typically opens in early April and closes around Thanksgiving. Fun environment and great people to work with. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure all food preparation areas are clean, organized, and adhere to food safety regulations.
Utilize proper knife skills for food preparation, ensuring efficiency and safety.
Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as necessary..
Maintain a positive working environment by supporting fellow team members.
Experience
Previous experience in the food service or food industry is required.
Familiarity with food safety standards and practices is essential.
