About the Role Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Golf Professional to lead golf operations at their prestigious facility in Huntsville . This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of the golf experience, from daily operations and member services to instruction and retail management.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep passion for the game, exceptional customer service skills, and a proven ability to manage a team and drive revenue. You will be instrumental in fostering a welcoming and engaging environment for golfers of all skill levels, contributing significantly to the club's reputation and success within the Leisure & Sports industry.

Key Responsibilities Manage daily golf operations, including tee time bookings, cart management, and course conditions supervision. Develop and execute golf programs, tournaments, and special events for members and guests. Oversee the golf shop, including inventory management, purchasing, merchandising, and sales. Provide high-quality golf instruction, lessons, and clinics tailored to various skill levels.

Supervise and train golf staff, fostering a team-oriented and customer-focused atmosphere. Manage budget, financial performance, and reporting for the golf operations department. Requirements PGA or LPGA certification is highly preferred. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in golf operations management. Proven track record in instruction, retail management, and event planning within a golf setting.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Proficiency in golf management software and POS systems. Strong understanding of golf rules, etiquette, and club operations.
