Duties

Operate the beverage cart efficiently along designated course routes, providing prompt service to playersPrepare and serve a variety of beverages and snacks, including alcohol, non-alcoholic drinks, and light food itemsManage food handling responsibilities with strict adherence to food safety standards and sanitation protocolsProcess retail sales transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, including cash handlingUpsell additional products to increase sales while ensuring excellent customer service and satisfactionMaintain a clean, organized workspace on the cart and concession area, including restocking supplies and sanitizing surfaces regularlyAssist with operating kitchen equipment for food preparation when needed, supporting overall food service operationsRequirements

Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail sales is highly desirableFamiliarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferredStrong time management skills to keep pace during busy periods on the courseExcellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitudeAbility to handle cash register operations accurately and process cash transactions efficientlyKnowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling proceduresBasic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculationsExperience operating kitchen equipment or working in a restaurant or café environment is a plusMust be able to stand for extended periods outdoors in varying weather conditionsJoin us as a Beverage Cart Attendant where your enthusiasm fuels great experiences!
