Pro Shop Associate

Responsibilities: • Open and Closing Shop • Booking tee times with Online Software • Communication between other departments - starters, outside services, food & beverage, management • Answering Phones • Checking-in customers, attending to customer needs. • Transactions: merchandise, daily green fees, food & beverage • Merchandising, receiving and taking inventory • Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed • Take accurate daily records • Clean and maintain pro shop and supporting area • Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional service Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
