Responsibilities
Record and log maintenance, repairs, and inspectionsDig, sweep, shovel, and pressure wash as neededPerform general facility cleaning and paintingPerform general maintenance dutiesAssist in the installation of new and relocation of existing equipment including dismantling, erection, leveling, fitting, and aligning operationsRespond to daily facilities work orders and work on special projectsInstall and make repairs to interior walls, tile, carpet, and coverings made of various materialsInstall and make repairs to various hardware, including but not limited to door closures and cylindrical locksRequirements
