Part-Time Club Associate & Bartender

Job Overview Wins Society Golf Club is a private, members-only indoor golf club featuring state-of-the-art golf simulators, a full-service bar, and a welcoming community of golfers. We’re looking for a reliable, energetic, and member-focused individual to join our team. Duties Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests. Bartend and serve beverages in a friendly and professional manner. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming club environment. Assist members with golf simulator operation and troubleshooting. Help organize and conduct golf events, tournaments, and club activities. Open and close the club as assigned. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth daily operation. Pay close attention to detail while maintaining the appearance and functionality of the club. Skills Bartending experience preferred. Golf knowledge preferred golf simulator experience are a plus but not required we’re happy to train the right person. Friendly, professional, and attentive to members’ needs. Strong work ethic with a positive attitude. Team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented. Must be willing to help with events and take initiative when needed. Proficiency in POS systems and retail math to handle pricing, sales tracking, and basic financial calculations accurately. Compensation & Perks Starting pay: $18.00/hour Additional $2.00/hour for employees who have or obtain a valid Food Handler’s License. Tips are earned separately and are in addition to the hourly wage. Paid training/ Paid Food Handlers course fee $25 meal credit provided for each shift worked.
