Zion Crossroads VA Spring Creek Golf Club is seeking personable and service-oriented Servers to provide an exceptional dining experience for our members and guests. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people and thrive in a team-oriented hospitality environment. Effective Rate Including Tips: $16–$23/hour Essential Duties & Responsibilities Greet members and guests and provide friendly, attentive service. Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system. Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally. Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and beverage offerings. Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests. Maintain clean and properly set dining and service areas. Assist with opening, closing, and side-work responsibilities. Work collaboratively with kitchen, bar, and Food & Beverage team members. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service requirements. Assist with member events, banquets, and other club functions as needed. Qualifications Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred but not required. Friendly and professional demeanor. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
