Job Summary
To promptly greet and serve all guests at the Irish Pub, which includes providing exceptional hospitality and guest experience. The hours are from 3:30pm- 11:30pm, ending hours may vary depending on business volume.

Qualifications
Must be 21 years of ageMinimum of 2 years of bartending experience in the restaurant or club industryKnowledgeable of craft cocktails, beer, wine and spiritsExperienced with keg and soda systemsExperience in cash handling and Point of Sale SystemRequired to stand for long periods of timeCapable of lifting 50 poundsMust be able to bend, squat, lift and raise as needed along with carrying 10 pounds for an extended distanceGeneral math skills, problem solving and decision-making skillsAbility to communicate with guests and employees with a positive attitudeMust complete the Responsible Beverage Service Training CourseAbility to obtain a bartender operating licenseAbility to multi-task food preparation and beverage service Responsibilities & Duties
Consult check list to ensure bar area is properly set up and ready for bar serviceClean and organize all service areas including both interior/exterior tables and chairs, patios and fire pitsCheck tee sheets and daily events Google Docs for daily direction and guest payment details. Make rounds to Drumlin putting course and Caddie barn during service hoursEnsure guests are enjoying their bar experience by table touchStay updated on current clubhouse menu choices, specialty cocktails, beer, wine and spirit selectionsAccurately prepare mixed drinks, beer and wine for guests while adhering to portion control standards put in place by managementConsistently prepare and present pub food items as directed by the executive chefBe knowledgeable of potential food allergens or food sensitivity concerns in available products/menu items. Communicate any guest allergies/needs effectively with all F&B team members as needed.Ensure guests receive food and beverages in a timely mannerBe well-versed and prepared to communicate history, product offerings and services of Erin HillsEffectively handle guest requests, complaints or problems with a positive attitudeHandle all payments accuratelyEnsure all radio communication is respectful, professional and courteousProperly and fully complete all side-work, cleaning and closing dutiesAbility to communicate history, products and services of Erin HillsAdhere to safety regulations as provided by Erin Hills and OSHAResponsibly check guests’ identification to ensure that they meet the minimum age requirements to consume alcoholic beverages and tobacco productsRespectfully refuse beverage service to guests whom appear overly intoxicated and inform management immediatelyComply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standardsFollow guidelines and policies set forth by Erin Hills Employee Handbook
