Golf Operations Intern

Join the fun, fast-paced team at Destination Geneva National, home to three signature courses by Arnold Palmer, Gary Player and Lee Trevino, a lakeside practice facility, and a one-acre Himalayas-style putting course in scenic Lake Geneva, Wisconsin's top resort town.

Our PGA staff will mentor you as you apply what you've learned in your Professional Golf Management program and rack up valuable resort & private club experience, including tournament setup for the 2027 Wisconsin State Boys Golf Championships.

During your season at Destination GN, you will execute point of sale and tee time operations, merchandising, outside operations (player services, golf cart fleet setup), tournament/outing setup, member relations and services, Simulator Studio setup, and assist with junior golf clinics while providing the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.

Destination Geneva National is seeking interns who can commit to a five- to six-month internship during our 2027 season. This extended experience allows interns to develop their skills, take on greater responsibilities, and gain a deeper understanding of resort operations.

Complimentary housing is available on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to interns committing to five months or longer.
