Overview The Golf Course Superintendent is entrusted with the day-to-day responsibilities associated with the maintenance, operation, management, and related construction projects on a public golf course. Responsibilities Directly supervise the Assistant Golf Course Superintendents, Technicians, Mechanic, and Maintenance Foreman. Directly supervise up to 10 non-supervisory employees. Provide overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Interview, hire, and train employees; plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance; reward and discipline employees; address complaints and resolve problems. •
