The role requires precision in scaling recipes and maintaining quality standards to meet the high-volume demands of both daily service and large banquet events. The Baker ensures that all baked goods are visually appealing, meet taste expectations, and maintain necessary food safety and sanitation standards.
The Baker also supports large-scale event preparations and works collaboratively with culinary leadership to maintain efficiency and quality on the banquet plating line.
