The Superintendent is fully responsible for agronomic performance, course conditions, personnel leadership, budgeting, capital planning, irrigation systems, equipment management, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive agronomic programs Maintain exceptional year-round playing conditions Lead irrigation strategy and water management planning Oversee fertilizer and pesticide programs with full regulatory compliance Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets Oversee equipment life cycle and replacement planning Recruit, train, and retain qualified maintenance staff Collaborate closely with club leadership and tournament operations Pool maintenance Expected work hours 6:00-3:00, weekends 3 hrs and tournament prep hours
