<p>We are seeking a <strong>Golf Trip Sales Agent</strong> to join our team. Someone who enjoys connecting with customers, guiding them through the planning process, and ultimately closing the sale on unforgettable golf vacations.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Handle inbound calls and inquiries with the goal of <strong>closing golf vacation sales</strong></li>
<li>Build and customize golf travel packages including tee times, accommodations, and trip details</li>
<li>Guide customers through available options while confidently recommending and selling destinations, accommodations, and golf courses</li>
<li>Respond to online quote requests and follow up consistently to convert leads into bookings</li>
<li>Maintain ongoing communication with customers throughout the booking process</li>
<li>Work with golf courses and hotels to confirm availability and finalize details</li>
<li>Utilize internal systems to quote, book, and manage reservations</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members and participate in cross-training as needed</li>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>

<li>Excellent communication skills (phone, email, and online chat)</li>

<li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Strong computer skills (PC, email, internet, and ability to learn new systems quickly)</li>
<li><strong>Interest in or knowledge of golf and/or travel is a strong plus</strong></li>
