Founded in 1902, The Country Club of Little Rock is one of the South’s premier private clubs, with a longstanding tradition of exceptional dining and Southern hospitality. Our restaurants are places where members gather for everyday meals, special occasions, and time with family and friends.

We are seeking a friendly, dependable Restaurant Host who makes people feel welcome and keeps the dining room running smoothly. As the first person members and guests encounter, you’ll set the tone for their evening through a warm greeting, thoughtful attention, and an organized approach to seating.

Greet members and guests promptly and warmly. Coordinate seating and escort members and guests to their tables. Stay aware of table availability and communicate with the service team to keep seating running smoothly. Share accurate information about wait times and accommodate seating preferences when possible. Keep the entrance and host station clean, organized, and ready for service. Respond courteously to questions and involve a manager when additional assistance is needed. Learn member names and preferences to provide attentive, personal service.

What We’re Looking For A friendly, professional manner and a dependable work ethic. Clear communication and strong organizational skills. The ability to remain calm and attentive during busy periods. A willingness to learn, accept feedback, and help teammates. Previous hosting or customer service experience preferred. Availability Tuesday through Sunday from 4:30 to 8:30 p.m.
