About the Role
As a Server/Bartender, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our members and guests. You’ll provide attentive, friendly service in both bar and dining settings, ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards of Turtle Creek Club.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve beverages and food to members and guests in accordance with club standards
Deliver prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service in both indoor and outdoor settings
Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and dining areas
Assist with setup and breakdown for special events and daily service
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment
Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
What We’re Looking For

Flexibility to work mornings, lunches, dinners, weekends, holidays, and special events
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
