Job Description: We’re seeking an enthusiastic and experienced bartender to join our team. In this role, you will prepare and serve a variety of drinks to our members and guests, ensuring top-tier service in a fast-paced environment. You’ll interact with a friendly, diverse group of individuals while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. Key Responsibilities: Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with club standards Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized service to all guests Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring proper stock levels Assist with maintaining an inventory of supplies and restocking as needed Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately Adhere to all health and safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines Work closely with kitchen and wait staff to coordinate food and drink orders Handle guest requests or concerns promptly and professionally Qualifications: Previous bartending experience, preferably in a country club, restaurant, or upscale bar setting Strong knowledge of drink recipes, cocktail preparation, and beer, wine, and spirit offerings Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Must be 18 years or older (21+ preferred) Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic About Vineyards Country Club: Located in the heart of beautiful Naples, Florida, Vineyards Country Club is a private, non-equity club open to both residents and non-residents of the community.
